Question 2

Who is Brad Higgins?

Accepted Answer

Brad Higgins is the founder and head trainer of HBR Personal Training. He specializes in hip mobility, stability, injury prevention, and performance training for clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Question 3

What is hip mobility training?

Accepted Answer

Hip mobility training is targeted work to restore range of motion, stability, and strength in the hips. It is foundational for injury prevention, athletic performance, and daily quality of life — especially important for desk workers and adults over 40.

Question 4

What kind of clients work with HBR Personal Training?

Accepted Answer

Clients range from athletes returning from injury to adults focused on longevity and daily mobility. Many clients are professionals in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want to move better and stay strong. Beginners are welcome.

Question 5

How is HBR different from a regular gym?

Accepted Answer

HBR is a private personal training studio, not a gym membership. Every session is 1-on-1 (or semi-private) with a coach, designed around your goals, mobility, and recovery needs. No equipment waiting, no membership-mill experience.

Question 6

Do you offer virtual or online training?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Virtual training and dietary recommendation programs are available for clients who cannot make it to the Alexandria studio. In-person sessions remain the foundation of HBR's programming.

Question 7

What does a first session at HBR look like?

Accepted Answer

Your first session is a movement assessment, mobility screen, and goal-setting conversation followed by an introductory training session. Expect about 60 minutes. Brad and his team will design a personalized plan based on what they see.

Question 8

How much does personal training at HBR cost?

Accepted Answer

HBR offers single sessions, session packs, and ongoing programs. Pricing depends on frequency and whether you choose 1-on-1 or semi-private. Visit the pricing page or book a free consultation to discuss the right fit.
