Dashawn is passionate about health and fitness. He enjoys focusing on Combat Conditioning and Combat Sports, while incorporating strength training and calisthenics. He loves Boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai. He trains as an active athlete in these sports, and he loves sharing what he's learned on his own athletic journey with clients.
